Ad budgets that follow revenue.
Approved by you.
Your budget, checked against what actually sold. Commerce365 reads Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify together, finds the spend that no longer pays back and prepares the fix. Nothing changes in your ad accounts until you approve it.

How it works
From a question about spend to a change you can approve
“Every morning at 09:00, compare Meta and Google Ads with Shopify revenue. Propose budget moves of at most 20% and tell me which ads are wearing out.” An instruction you can give an agent, word for word.
Find the leaks first
ROAS Leak Hunter and Creative Fatigue Scanner look for the spend that stopped working.
Campaigns below break-even, ads whose click-through keeps dropping, keywords that compete with each other: each finding comes with the numbers behind it and a proposed action in your inbox.
You stay in control
Pausing, budget changes and new campaigns always wait for a person.

Three levels of autonomy
Observe only reports. Suggest queues every change. Autopilot applies small, safe edits and still queues campaigns, sends and anything that touches budget beyond your cap.

Common questions
Which ad platforms can agents act on?
Meta Ads and Google Ads: budgets, bids, pausing and resuming, and creating campaigns. TikTok Ads, Pinterest and LinkedIn can be connected for reporting.
Do agents change budgets on their own?
Only if you let them. In Suggest mode every change waits in your inbox. You can also give an agent a maximum percentage it may move a budget, and block budget changes altogether.
How does Commerce365 know what an ad really earned?
It reads orders and revenue from Shopify and spend and conversions from the ad platforms, and compares them side by side. It does not replace your attribution tool; it shows you where platform numbers and store numbers disagree.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Approved changes appear in the activity log with an undo button, and each proposal stays open for 24 hours before it expires.
How fast is it set up?
Connect Shopify and your ad accounts, install a playbook such as Budget Reallocator Pro, and run it. The first report usually arrives the same day.
