The approval inbox: AI with a human in the loop

Letting software change your store or your ad budget is only comfortable when you know exactly what it may do. In Commerce365 that is settled in one place: the inbox.
Every proposal is a card
When an agent wants to change something it creates a card: what will change, why, and where. A budget move shows the campaigns and the amounts. A product rewrite shows the old and the new text side by side.
What always waits for you
Deletes and bulk operations
Discounts and refunds
Sending campaigns and triggering flows
Overwriting titles, descriptions, SEO fields and prices
Changing handles and product status
These wait for approval even when an agent runs on Autopilot. Small, safe edits such as tags, metafields and alt text are the ones Autopilot may apply by itself.
Approve where you are
You can approve in the inbox, from a Slack message or from the approval email. A proposal stays open for 24 hours. After that it expires, and the agent proposes it again on its next run if it still applies.
And afterwards
Every applied change is in the activity log with who approved it, and approved changes can be undone from there.
