Why Shopify teams need agents, not more dashboards

Most Shopify teams have enough dashboards. Shopify has one, every ad platform has one, Klaviyo has one, and there is usually a spreadsheet that tries to combine them. The problem is rarely a missing chart.
A dashboard ends with a question
A dashboard shows that return on ad spend dropped. Someone still has to find out where, decide what to do, open the ad account and make the change. That chain is where the hours go, and it is the part a dashboard does not touch.
An agent ends with a proposal
An agent reads the same numbers, finds the campaign behind the drop and puts a concrete change in your inbox: move this budget, pause this ad, rewrite this title. You spend your time judging proposals instead of collecting numbers.
You still need to see the numbers
Dashboards do not disappear. Commerce365 has seven ready-made boards for sales, ads, email, products and search, because you need to trust the data an agent works from. The difference is that the board is no longer where the work starts.
A simple test
Look at your last five weekly meetings. Count the action points that were about finding something out and the ones about doing something. If most were about finding out, that is the work to hand to an agent first.
